The 4th Year Party Hat is a head item in Club Penguin that was given out during Club Penguin's 4th Anniversary Party at the party's traditional location: the Coffee Shop. It was free and it is available to all penguins on Club Penguin. It was hidden in a pinata above the entrance to the Book Room. Like all the other party hats, it is no longer available and it will never return. Before it was released, there was a large speculation about its colors. Similar items are Party Hat, 1st Year Party Hat, 2nd Year Party Hat, 3rd Year Party Hat, 5th Year Party Hat, 6th Anniversary Hat, 7th Anniversary Hat and Snow Beta Hat.
