The 5th Year Party Hat is an item given at the 5th Anniversary Party. It was confirmed in Issue 259 of the Club Penguin Times. Its colors are currently unknown. It may be a custom hat as there is a penguin painting it in the sneak peek, this may be very unlikelyas the past Party Hats have already had colors or colours on them.
