The 5th Year Party Hat is an item given at the 5th Anniversary Party. It was confirmed in Issue 259 of the Club Penguin Times. Its colors are currently unknown.
Trivia
- There is a rumor about us being able to paint our own party hat (the penguin in Issue 259 was painting his hat). This is untrue, because, they always have the colors of the party on it.
It isn`t out yet, but it will be out on October 24th 2010.
