The Orange Balloon is a hand item in Club Penguin. All players can buy it for 50 coins in the Penguin Style. Similar items are the Cherry, Green, Grape and Lemon Balloons.
History
It was first released in the August 2009 Penguin Style for the Festival of Flight. It was re-released on August 31, 2011 in the September 2011 Penguin Style catalog and yet again in August 2015 Penguin Style when it was made available for all players.
