Superusers
Superusers are the highest authority of the bot -- and pretty much have control of whole channels.

Functions
- Anti-swearing. Swears are revised at the superusers' will.
- Global messages, currently available to superusers.
(Possible) Logger.Provided by TuxBot now. Web UI created but not yet finalized.
User functions

- any swear word detected -- Removal from the channel unless channel is exempt or a superuser
