History
He first tells the player that Pop can't resist watching a Dance Challenge. After the Dance Challenge he goes down to the Boiler Room with the player during EPF Mission 7, after one of the Test-Bots stole the boiler. The player leaves him watching the bubble Pop made for the Cabinet.
