The Ninja Headquarters was a party room of Club Penguin for the Card-Jitsu Party 2011 and 2013. The Fire Training Plates and Water Training Plates were available on this room in 2011. The room became available to everyone at the Card-Jitsu Party 2013.

Glitches

There's a glitch that if you access the room by a special link, log in and choose a server, before entering the room, instead of saying "Loading Ninja Headquarters", it actually appears as "Loading Haunted House Entrance", the room added for Halloween Party 2010 and Halloween Party 2011.
