The Hawaiian Lei is a very rare neck item in Club Penguin. It was available during the Winter Luau 2006 only. If you wear this with no other clothes on and dance, you will start hula dancing.

The Hawaiian Lei was released in January 2006 for the Winter Luau 2006. It hasn't been released since, making it a rare item.
