The Blue Lei is a free neck item found on Club Penguin. All players were able to obtain this item for free in the 10th Anniversary Giveaways during the 10th Anniversary Party. When a player dances with this item, their penguin will hula dance (either with or without the Grass Skirt). Similar items include other Leis.

History

The Blue Lei was first available at the Summer Party 2006. It was re-released during the Summer Kickoff Party 2007. It returned on October 17, 2015 for the 10th Anniversary Party.
