The Hawaiian Lei is a non-members neck item from the Winter Luau 2006. It is rare, as most betas have it.

It was seen on a Tiki Statue at the Adventure Party 2009 so it might come back soon.
Club Penguin is hinting that it may come back.
It is extremely rare since it has not returned in such a long time.
Its item ID is 171.
