During May 2007, Rockhopper made a special announcement, He was planning to open up the long-awaited Ship Hold and the Crow's Nest. When [[penguins]] heard about this, [[Billybob]], [[Screenhog]], [[Happy77]], [[rsnail]], and [[Gizmo]] got to work on the designs of a new kind of [[Party]], the Pirate Party. Penguins were excited and many wore previous Free Items given out from the Upper Deck. When the Party Started, the whole Island became a swashbuckling adventure for all Penguins.
