The Sailor Hat is a common head item in Club Penguin. It was a free item during the Pirate Party 2007 and at Rockhopper's Arrival Party 2008. It was available as a bonus Treasure in Sushi Drop minigame in the Club Penguin App. It could be found at the Plaza.
History
The Sailor Hat is considered as a common item because anyone with the Club Penguin App can get it from Sushi Drop, but it used to be rare since it was last available in Club Penguin in 2008
