The Blue Lei is a rare, free neck item that was found at the Summer Party 2006 and Summer Kickoff Party 2007. When you dance with this item, you will hula dance. This also works with the Grass Skirt. It is rare, although not as rare as its counterpart, the Hawaiian Lei.
History
The Blue Lei was released on June 13, 2006 at the start of the Summer Party 2006. It was re-released on June 8, 2007 at the start of the Summer Kickoff Party 2007.
