The Hawaiian Lei is a non-members neck item from the Winter Luau 2006. It is rare, as most betas have it.

It was seen on a Tiki Statue at the Adventure Party 2009 so it might come back soon.
Club Penguin is hinting that it may come back.
Most rare penguins don't want it to come back, probably because they will then be less rare.
Many people thought that it would come back for the Snow Festival 2009, but unfortunately it never did.
It is extremely rare since it has not returned in such a long time.
It might return in the Summer 2010, but it's very unlikely.
Along with the program hacking beta hats, this item was the 2nd most hacked item along with it and penguins that hacked it were banned forever.
