Rockhopper's Rare Items (commonly known as the Pirate Catalog) is a catalog that Rockhopper brings to Club Penguin every time he visits. It is from this catalog that certain items can be purchased or given away. There is almost always a free item, two clothing items that only members can buy, and a miscellaneous item (like pirate-related furniture). When Rockhopper came to Club Penguin during the Pirate Party, the catalog was moved to the Ship Hold.

The following are the free items Rockhopper has brought. Most of these items are brought back on a later visit. One exception to his free item not being in the catalog was when the Migrator had sunk and he had the free item in his row boat. The free item was a Life Vest.

• The reason it's called Rockhopper's Rare Items is because after the items are released they don't return for a long time or they don't return at all. Therefore, these items are later considered rare.
• When Rockhopper visited for Rockhopper's Quest, there was no catalog.
