History

Members of the new Club Penguin forum at Miniclip started a petition for a Blue Cape, to go with the Red Cape. They were able to successfully convince Club Penguin, and the Blue Cape was released, becoming available in the April 2006 Penguin Style catalog as a secret item. It was also a secret item in June 2012 Penguin Style. It returned on March 4, 2015 in the March 2015 Penguin Style catalog.
