History
The Blue Dragon Costume was released in April 30, 2009 in the May 2009 Penguin Style catalog. It was re-released on April 19, 2010 in the Series 8 Treasure Book. It was re-released again on April 4, 2011 in the Series 13 Treasure Book. It was re-released yet once again on May 5, 2011 in the May 2011 and again in the August 2015 Penguin Style catalog.
The “Dragon Costume” won the “You Decide” poll on the What's New Blog and it returned on October 1, 2014 for the Halloween Party 2014.
