Hi everyone. Reeze has been somewhat inactive lately, and it seems to me that his administrator rights should be in question. He's a good person, but he's only made about 60 mainspace edits since he became an admin in August 2012; and rarely is on IRC (when i'm on at least). In addition, it seems like he doesn't really need his administrator powers for the editing he does (in my opinion, that is). So, that is why I opened this page to let everyone express their thoughts and vote. Cp kid Wanna Talk?

- As I said before, Reeze is a good person. However, he is somewhat inactive and it seems like he doesn't need his admin rights for the editing he does do.

- He made edits this week. I think we should ask him what his plans are first since he isn't completely inactive. --Seahorseruler

- I wouldn't say I need my rights either then. Sometimes we just have a busy life ahead of us. At least he makes an effort to come on to check on the wiki. --

- He's still making an effort to edit, it's not like he's totally inactive. --Chill57181 Talk to me Master of the pencil Come to my party! 17:26, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
- He edits a bit, and I just saw him on IRC last week. He's not that inactive. --Proud to be Estonian! $ṇỗẘ$ŧᴼՐṃȩř <-- This signature has an error with encoding. 19:42, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
- Not sure what my decision would be yet. I'd like to talk to him, first. --$harkbate Talk Page 19:44, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
- I completely understand why this is being brought up. I do realize I've been pretty inactive, partly due to the fact I've been out of town/state for a couple of weeks with nearly no Internet access. I just got back and will try to edit more than I have been in the past. If I'm demoted, I completely understand why. -Reeze 20:23, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
- You were out of state? Now I feel kind of stupid because I thought you just weren't editing. You should mark yourself as "away" on the admin list when you're going to do that :P Sorry for the confusion :S

- Heh, yeah, that's my fault. West Texas doesn't really have much of an Internet connection and I didn't have a computer with me either. -Reeze 21:58, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

- He doesn't always have to be active.
- Demoting someone because they are "inactive" was, is, and always will be a cruel and corrupt action that I will fundamentally oppose. --User:TurtleShroom

- If anything, I think demoting users when they are inactive is a good idea (reduce attack surface) but you should repromote them when they come back. --refractor 10:19, 22 March 2013 (UTC)
