If you are updating articles because Club Penguin had an update, here is a checklist you should follow to see if you have finished. You don't need to complete all of these, just do your best. This list is for organizational purposes only.
Party start
- Update article of party - change all future tense to present tense except for any dates that are in the future
- Upload room screenshots and update room articles
- Update free items
- Update history
- Update any catalogs involved
- Update articles of party items
- Update room tour description templates
Party end
- Update article of party - change all present/future tense to past tense
- Update room articles
