Non-member holiday igloo kit (somewhat like penstubal suggested), like the one they released in October.
Items would include 1 Large Christmas Tree (the holiday trees look ugly), a bunch of Christmas Lights (5 maybe), 2 Icicles, and Snowflakes. Other items could include a wreath, those red bows (can't think of the name) and those holiday bells.
Keep the night club rooftop to deliver presents (I bet they're going to remove that this year).

Bring back item boxes for non-members. It seems like with all of these "quests", members get a ton of free items while non-members get 2 or 3. With this, bring back the classic Santa Hat as a free item. When Penstubal said he didn't have any variation of the Santa Hat I was shell shocked, and I realized how bad CP's become with free items and such.
A sort of secret santa exchange. It could use the postcard format. A player could choose a present to send (out of maybe 3 choices) to another player, and the recipient doesn't know what the presents are because the package color could change for each one (so maybe CP could make 3 postcards for each present, each with a different package color, and every time a person selects a gift the system will choose one of those postcards at random).
