History

The Frankenpenguin Hat is a head item that was first available in the October 2008 edition of the Penguin Style catalog. It was released every October since then, except 2012. The unlockable version was first available in Series 1 Treasure Book. It was re-released in the Series 4 Treasure Book. It is currently considered a common item.
