The Handy Penguin Award is an award in Club Penguin. All players can obtain it after completing the Avalanche Rescue. You receive it by fixing the Ski Lift. 

History

The Handy Penguin Award is a common award. It was available until November 14, 2012 when the access to the VR Room was stopped and consequently the PSA Missions were removed. It returned on June 11, 2015 as a part of the June 2015 EPF Training.
