The Ignore List is a list that can be accessed by clicking on the gear in the toolbar, and then on the skull icon. To ignore a certain player, click on the skull icon on their player card. Once a player is ignored, you cannot see any chat, emotes, or send or receive mail and buddy requests from the ignored player until they are removed. The ignore list can hold up to 100 ignored players, just like the buddy list. You can delete people from your ignore list by clicking on their penguin name in the list.
It used to be that when you reported a player, the penguin reported would automatically be put on your ignore list, but that feature was removed.
