Norman Swarm is a character in the Stage play Norman Swarm Has Been Transformed. He is an aqua colored penguin who holds a magnifying glass. He is a simple-minded penguin scientist, who 'accidentally' shrinks himself down to bug-size. He moans about what the laser (that is hanging off the outside of the Stage door) has done to him.
