I don't see how the penguins with fingers is a mistake. Club penguin is a cartoon game and has no boundaries to creativity (example: ninjas,penguins flipping pizza in air,penguins talk). I think the way Club penguin made the hands transform into limbs was pretty cool and shows a more realistic way of what the penguins are trying to show and or point out. Plus a mistake is something someone does on accident. This was no accident, Club penguin added it on purpose.
