Arrran Weeviling (commonly known as Arrran) is a friendly ninja penguin who regularly kicks you to Club Penguin Island. Arrran is the founder of the Projo.
Arrran created all of the Ultra Card-Jitsu games, and is the only penguin that wears the colour 'Slightly Darker Lime'. You can also get a stamp for being in the same room as him. His dojo is always docked at the Snow Forts.
Arrran keeps a diary of his adventures, and sells rare items brought over from Rockhopper Island. When he comes to Club Penguin Island, he gives away a free item and sells other items only to penguins who aren't members from the Arrran's Rare Items catalog.
Penguins can sometimes see Arrran in random places in random servers when he docks on Club Penguin Island. Players can receive a free gift from Arrran by clicking on the box icon on his player card.
Club Penguin has a multitude of servers, and Arrran can often be hard to find. Trackers are not an option, because they are fake.
Biography
2010
- Arrran Joined Club Penguin in late 2010, His first party that he attended was the Holiday Party 2010 and he Received the Reindeer Antlers and the Holiday Toque.
2011
- Arrran did not attend the Wilderness Expedition, he attended the rooms using the 'Url Room Trick'. But Arrran still got himself a Brown Puffle.
- Arrran Attended the Puffle Party 2011 and thus Received the Blue Puffle Hat.
- Arrran Attended the April Fools' Party 2011 and thus Received the Purple Propeller Hat, the Box Costume, the Delivery Hat and the Delivery Outfit.
- Arrran Attended the Earth Day 2011 and thus Received the Snow Leopard Costume and the African Painted Dog Costume.
- Arrran Attended the Medieval Party 2011 and thus Received the Iron Helmet, the Iron Armor, the Staff and Shield and the Purple Wizard Hat.
- Arrran Attended the Music Jam 2011 and thus Received the Music Jam Cap and the Boombox.
- Arrran Attended the Island Adventure Party 2011 but did not get anything :(.
- Arrran Attended the The Great Snow Race and thus Received the Infrared Tracker and the Expedition Key pin

2013
- Arrran Rejoined as a fully functioning Non Playable Character.
- Arrran Attended the Puffle Party 2013 and thus Received the Gourmet O'Berries.
Traits
Card-Jitsu/Ultra Card-Jitsu
- Arrran receives random cards to use, much like everyone else.
- Arrran WILL always use the Highest Ability Card in his sets, there are no exceptions known or addressed.
- If there is multiple Highest ability cards, he will pick in this formula Water > Fire > Snow.
Movement
- Arrran can only walk, Making it impossible to travel to his igloo.
- Arrran will rarely appear in the Dojo, where you can match him.
Bugs
- Rarely Arrran will appear as a Potato, It is unknown why this happens but it is pretty funny nevertheless.
- Rarely Arrran's name will change to FOUNDYES?, This could probably be a reference to the famous Pokémon glitch MissingNo.
