Most people would think, WOW! I WANT THAT HAT! I LIKE IT! THIS PARTY WAS RARE! This party looked BORING! Just a banner and a box of hats. If you want that hat, just wait for an anniversary party and get a different coloured hat.

Ahhhh... this party looked great! The Night Club, Plaza and Dock looked well decorated, and the Beach opened! So far, this is my highest rating for a party: 4/5!
