???: Come in!

You walk in the door and see a penguin in a detective's coat.

You: Refractor, correct?

???: Yup, that's me.

You: Seahorseruler told me that you would have the inside scoop on this Ninja O Ninja case.

Refractor: Here's the story. His real name is NinjaON and he is a long-term abuser of the Club Penguin Wiki from back in its Wikia days. He commits vandalism, creates sockpuppets, including some accounts to impersonate others, despite multiple warnings, and even worse, is underage. Back at Wikia he also created a duplicate of this wiki and copied the content from this wiki. Luckily it was not successful.

You: Anything else?

Refractor: He has many sockpuppets. They are Ninja O Ninja, Julie Patterson, A Puffle, CPBIGFAN, CPMaster8, Coolmann22, Dog7500, Jmann93, Kewlmann22, LordMaster97, Mimo7, NinjaCP, Ninjaoninja, Counter744 and TheGameCreator. They were all made at Wikia. At the new wiki, he made NinjaONinja, Ninjaoninja and Puffleorama.

You: Is there any more information? (thinking: Gee, this guy is pretty good for information!)

Refractor: Yes, he changes his IP constantly. However he isn't very smart - they ALL start with 72.48, making him an easy criminal to catch.

You: Thanks!

You go to leave when a trophy falls from a shelf. It has a ninja, pencil and a graduation cap on it.

You: What's that?

Refractor: Woah, I totally forgot I had that! You can keep it if you want.

You: Thanks!

You press a button on your spy phone and teleport back to the CPWSA Headquarters.
