Hey! I am Mario Rk, a rollback of the Club Penguin Wiki. I've been a member of the CPW since 2009 and I'll be willing to help you if you have any problems if I can! I don't edit as often as I used to, though I still will time to time. I'm a big fan of the Mario, Pokémon, Kirby, Legend of Zelda and Sonic franchises.
My History
I first joined Club Penguin back in 2009 with my test penguin named Mario Luigi8. It was the Medieval Party at the time and I fell in love with the game. After realizing how much members could do, I made my main penguin named Mario Rk that became a Member. One day during the Summer of 2009, I was searching for Club Penguin's soundtrack and stumbled on the original Club Penguin Wikia. I started reading the wiki and editing it as an IP. On October 24, 2009 I made an account named 'Franky bob'. Back in the day, I wrote random blog stories that were inspired by Saraapril. Most of them are pretty terrible but some people enjoyed them to my surprise. In 2010, I left the Club Penguin Wiki temporarily to do something else.
When I returned, I had learned the wiki had moved to a different network due to Wikia's new skin. I joined the Club Penguin Wiki Network and it all went downhill from there. In 2011, my best friend, Chill57181 started a story series called '(Not So) Elite Penguin Force'. It was a series about he and his friends going on random goofy adventures. Since it was a big hit, he started a wiki where I hung around for a while. Eventually in November, the wiki was down for a long period of time. When it was revived finally in 2012, the Not So EPF series began to crumble. I found myself quitting the Club Penguin Wiki and moving onto Club Penguin Shops where I became an administrator and bureaucrat. After a while, I returned to the Club Penguin Wiki and started ignoring Shops for a while. I quit Club Penguin Shops in December 2013 once I realized that I had no purpose there anymore.
Today, I still rarely edit here on the Club Penguin Wiki Network. I still hang around the #clubpenguinwiki-shops IRC channel if you want to chat. As users slowly decrease I wonder if the network will survive at all. A problem with this community I noticed is that nobody wants to innovate anything, which may drive new users away. There is still hope, though that hope decreases as the users decrease with it.

Hey! I'm Chill57181, but you can call me Chill. I used to be a bureaucrat and administrator on Club Penguin Shops, so if you need help, I do have some admin experience. I joined Club Penguin on December 1st, 2008, the Club Penguin Wiki on May 3rd, 2009, Club Penguin Fanon on June 16th, 2009 (rejoined March 10th, 2013), Club Penguin Shops on August 16th, 2010, and Club Penguin Archives on April 5th, 2011 (but didn't start uploading until September 22nd, 2012).
If you ever come across me on Club Penguin, feel free to say hi. However, I don't usually accept friend requests unless I hang out with people first. So just don't send me a friend request and leave, or I'll deny it.
This user has been on the Club Penguin Wiki for 15 years, 11 months and 10 days.
Chill57181 uses Windows 7 as their operating system.
I joined Club Penguin on July 8, 2009. A few weeks later, I joined the wiki, making me one of the quickest penguins to join the site since joining Club Penguin. My wiki-birthday is disputed. At the time I joined, it was July 29, 2009, although it was now July 30, 2009 in almost every other time zone. To this day, I consider July 30 as my official wiki-birthday. My beginning wasn't exciting - in fact, the first seven edits I made were all userpage edits. One of the main reasons why I stayed is because of a few warm welcomes.
On August 23, I created my first article: Green Headphones. It actually doesn't look that bad for a new user. By the end of the month, a skin bug prompted me to create a new account: ClubPenguinArchives. The edits from that account is now lost on the new wiki after a user merge. It was on that account that gave me my fame. I had a two week inactivity period in October, but when I came back, I started editing like crazy. By the end of the year, I was on the radar on the Top Contributors list.
2010: The Birth of Club Penguin Shops
My first user avatar
2010 is probably no doubt the height of my time as an editor. In January, I continued to edit crazy, and among some user rights issue for inactive rollbacks, I was nominated as a replacement candidate. I even got the right for rollback briefly before the admins decided that replacements aren't needed. I remember out of curiosity I clicked rollback to see what it did. Since then I never got "rollback" again. I also attended my first Club Penguin user-hosted party and went on IRC for the first time. Hat Pop is my first wiki-friend. By February I learned how to use the undo button, and when I did so on my old userpage (LordMaster96), the glitch had disappeared, and I switched accounts, effectively abandoning two thousand edits.
Back on LordMaster96, it was hard getting users to believe I was actually ClubPenguinArchives but they did believe me. I continued my streak of edits and at the same time, became very involved with the vandalism report page. On May 4, 2012, I made over 400 edits on that one day - that was the height of my editing as I never got near that mark again. Later that month, as a result of my constant vandalism reporting, I was nominated for adminiship to replace Ced1214. Easily, I won that process by a 19 vote margin. ShoutBox was still available at the time and I remember when I was first promoted, Seahorseruler had told me it was an abuse of rights to delete ShoutBox messages. Not long into my adminship, In August 2010, I created my first policy, the early unblock policy. At the same time, on average I made over 100 edits a day. With the item article creation project in full swing, there's lots to do. Combined with my edit streak, I also created the wiki's 2000th and 3000th articles. In September 2010, I took over as top spot on the wiki's Top Contributor's list with over 18000 edits. The move was also announced during the time. I initially opposed the move, but after realizing how bad Wikia's skin was, I went with the community in November.
After the move, I was kept busy by importing pages and files from the old wiki. I believe that through the move I may have effectively gained hundreds or one to two thousand edits. After the import process was complete, my editing streak went on the decline. At the end of the year, my rights and inactivity and ban evasion policies were passed. I also became a CPWN Staffer on December 28.
2011: Epic Times!!
My great friends from Jul. 2011 - Jul. 2012
There was not a lot of happening in 2011. I really did not edit as much anymore, and Nando144 had joined the new wiki and has began to share the role of editor. I played my role as an admin that was managing the wiki instead. There were a not a lot of users, due to the fact we're not so high on Google rankings since the move. The wiki was not so fun, and in fact, I began thinking about my retirement. Later in the year, Penguin of the Month was pretty much dead as a result of the lack of users. Seahorseruler and I supported to remove it but in the end we only removed the "against" option on the voting page (it would later be restored), and changed some of the POTM procedures. Due to the opposition caused, I created the other blocks policy in order to prevent a revolution from happening.
In May, we had lost control of Wikia. Seahorseruler, Tigernose, and I were especially upset with the revival of the old wiki. The Great Club Penguin Wiki "War" had begun. Initially I did not take part in this fight for control. Some of our users have decided to part this wiki in order to gain rights there. Seriously, I thought this wiki was going to die. In the end, I got to keep my admin rights on the old wiki until the last few months of the year. The end result of the "war" was peace between the two wikis, agreeing not to attack each other.
Full of stress and the fact that I believe we need newer admins to replace us older admins, I noticed Sharkbate was not using his rights and was hardly editing. I put him up for demotion in November and though the vote was tight (a -1, with all bureaucrats opposing), I voluntarily resigned on November 19 and retired. I did make occasional appearances on the wiki for the remainder of the year. In fact, I actually got used to not being on the wiki. Nando144, the user I recommended as a replacement admin, took over my original spot as administrator. By Christmas, I had full contact with the wiki again.
2012: Decline
Friends July 2012 - July 2013.
Early in the year, I was offered my rights back. I refused to accept it, stating I was still on retirement, but when I was offered my admin rights back for a second time, I accepted. Unlike other admins who have come back, I did not require a second RFA. Soon after, I also got my staff rights back. Later in the year, it became evident that I was one of the valuable admins. I became probably the most serious admin to take action should the old wiki have done something to "steal", whether it's plagiarism or taking our ideas. In June, I managed the wiki's Twitter account in an effort to attract more users. My social era has begun. Earlier in the year, CP Party Reviews were created. Now, I manage the wiki's Twitter and the Logo submissions. The wiki forum is also being promoted. I'm also involved with the wiki's new partnership system. In July, when the old wiki created their Twitter account, we all became outraged with all this "copy" nonsense. I founded the CPWNAF/Swastika Party as a result to defend our wiki. It's almost as if a Second CPW War was going to break out (in some ways it did). It never got far as the only significant action taken was requesting the removal of all copied ideas, which never happened. On the alternative day of my wiki-birthday, a merger was proposed, which made us all excited. However, even 24 hours later, it turned into a large scale war between the two wikis. In early August, peace came and the deal was signed. Not a lot of users came but we got quite a few new users. I also implemented a new customized Vector skin for the wiki (got quite a bit of criticism though, but meh). Me and HF also played a major role in getting the wiki its first partner in history.
After the merge and partnership program began failing, I realized there was little hope for success on this wiki. On September 10, I decided to randomly disappear and on September 11, I retired for the second (and supposedly final time, until I came back a month later). I continued talking to Hat Pop before making a public appearance as LordMaster96 once again. I later decided to return until the wiki is straightened out. I did not think I would ever regain rights back.
I was back before the calendar year came to an end and also ended up running the first CPW Awards in four years. I also ended up winning three awards; something I didn't expect after retiring two times in two years.
2013: Third Term
Of all my years on the wiki, this year is the least active in my Club Penguin life. Although I regained my adminship in February, I was not the same person as I was in previous years with a busy life. In March, I quit playing Club Penguin actively (I now play League of Legends). It was not until June that I would begin making regular appearances again. Over the summer I spent more time on the wiki as once the school year comes around, I would be less active. I decided we needed to schedule a council meeting, and so we did. The beginning of it went well but as we progressed, the number of users that took part diminished. I expected my life to be busy so I decided to have Wolfgangs run the event. Unfortunately we rarely had a chance to talk on IRC so I ended up having to coordinate another Awards ceremony.
Late in the year, I took back controls on the Club Penguin Wiki Twitter account. The last two months are loaded with events - I helped Penstubal manage the first official Club Penguin Wiki Games and will be helping organize events for Christmas time. Hopefully we can regain some form soon.
Penguin
My penguin's name is Chill57181. I joined Club Penguin on December 1st, 2008 after I heard about it from my cousin at Thanksgiving that year. My first pin was the Gingerbread Man pin and the first party I attended was the Winter Fiesta 2009. The Penguin Band was the first famous penguin I met, and I met them at the Penguin Play Awards 2009.
