I want to plan a costume contest! Members only of Club Penguin. The costume party starts October 1, 2010 and ends at October 29, 2010. Editing is allowed on gallery section only! Type your penguin name as the caption and I'm the only judge. I'll pick 10 winners. And to enter the costume contest, you don't need to! Just type your file name at the gallery section. To find the gallery in penguins that wear costumes, search Selena 82822 then click Blog then click Costume Contest 2010 then click edit on the section Penguins in Costumes That Entered. There are 2 categories for that-The Participants and the Top 10 Winners. Always remember that I will only edit the section Top 10 Winners because that is where I will put the pictures of the winners.
