Have you not read the privacy policy? This is final: "REVEALING YOUR PERSONAL INFO IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 IS AGAINST COPPA - THIS MAY LEAD TO YOUR CLUB PENGUIN WIKI NETWORK ACCOUNT BEING DISABLED". You made that mistake two years ago, and so you have to live with it. Life doesn't goes anybody's way 100% of the time. --

- And in response to your questions, the "spam" thing is to prevent spam from users who are not autoconfirmed. I am not a dictator, as you can see I am not even a bureaucrat here.
