Welcome to Club Penguin Wiki, Mt Orange!

Hi there! Welcome to the Club Penguin Wiki, the free online encyclopedia all about Club Penguin! We hope you enjoy your stay here.

To get you started on the wiki, here are some basic things we'd thought you'd like to know:

  • Edit - To edit an article, simply click the 'edit' button at the top of the page. Editing is the act of changing a page. Your knowledge is the main reason why we are a large website. Articles are our most important pages that are informative and have information on different things on Club Penguin.
  • User page - All users have their very own user page, or "profile". Your user page is your very own page, where you can describe yourself. Feel free to fill out your user page with information about yourself, and anything else you would like to say.
  • User talk - Every user in this wiki has a talk page, which enables you to communicate with other users, even if they're not online. They can send messages to you, while you can too through the talk page. You can add your signature by typing 4 tildes (~~~~). You can also click the button on the edit bar to do the same thing.
  • IRC (Chat) - The wiki has an IRC Channel, which can used to chat with other users in the wiki. You can meet your friends there, make new friends and ask for help if needed. The admins are usually active in IRC, it can be an easy way to get help from them. Click here to join our IRC chat.
  • The Berg - The Berg is the Club Penguin Wiki's official newspaper. Check it monthly for as there may be an event you might want to take part in or the site admins may have important information for you.
  • Others - There is much more to the wiki than just editing articles! You can write a party review, host your own party or even upload a funny picture! See the full list of things you can do here!

You can also modify some of your account settings such as your signature in your preferences. If you want to learn how to make a cool signature, click here!

Please, do take the time to read the wiki's policies and manual of style to avoid any future problems and blocks.

If you have any questions, an administrator will always be glad to help you. Thanks, and have a great time! -- Club Penguin Wiki Administration

Jmann

Hey Mt. Orange, I am iCopy from the jmann's chatroom. Whats up?

Rumor

Hey friend. Stop to edit the pages putting rumored facts. Our wiki is made in real fact and Herbert not confirmed that he will make a appareance in game! Ye Olde NandoCXLIV Welcome to our Kingdom! 17:23, 16 May 2011 (Brasilia Time)

I'm sorry, I searched "Herbert Tracker May 2011 Club Penguin" on Google, and a whole page of Herbert Trackers showed up. Sorry for the misunderstanding, hopefully he does come though! Mt Orange 20:27, 16 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

No problem friend. If Hebert appears on island, will be very, very, very good! Ye Olde NandoCXLIV Welcome to our Kingdom! 17:34, 16 May 2011 (Brasilia Time)

Phones

Check the phones nando it says he is coming!

It doesn't exactly say he is coming, but those messages made rumors about it. Mt Orange 20:29, 16 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Userpage

To inform you, we have a userpage policy in effect. Editing your userpage too much will get it locked up. -- LordMaster96<staff /> 01:13, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

How much can you edit your userpage? --King Mt Orange! The King believes that Herbert is the dragon of the event! 01:16, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Maximum of 40% in 100 or more edits. You can see the breakdown here. -- LordMaster96<staff /> 01:22, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Ummmmmm...

Why didn't you upload the file yourself? --Fluffy78870 16:33, 12 June 2011 (UTC)

No. There is no image available for the items, and we're keeping the link to the items a secret because they are "exclusive". As long as I (and around three other users) know it's in the file we will keep it. --LordMaster96 01:25, 4 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

I don;t know if this is confidential or not, but I was just wondering how the swf's were found.

What I ment is was did you get the info from someone else or did you find it yourself?

The file was discovered by ClubPenguinMaster, although it has been discovered before we did. --LordMaster96 01:55, 4 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

RE: Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam

To move a page, click on the little arrow next to where the "Read, Edit, View History" buttons are, and it should uncover the "Move" button. Click on that and then rename the page from there. --AdministratorNetwork staffError504 02:19, 17 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thanks! You can check to see if the info on the page is correct, and edit anything if it's not! --Mt Orange (talk) 02:21, 17 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

RE:

Fixed it. Thanks for letting me know. The parameter wasn't "mascots=" but "famouspenguins=". Whoever put in the infobox made a little mistake. --LordMaster96 19:46, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
