Hi there! Welcome to the Club Penguin Wiki, the free online encyclopedia all about Club Penguin! We hope you enjoy your stay here. To get you started on the wiki, here are some basic things we'd thought you'd like to know: Edit - To edit an article, simply click the 'edit' button at the top of the page. Editing is the act of changing a page. Your knowledge is the main reason why we are a large website. Articles are our most important pages that are informative and have information on different things on Club Penguin. User page - All users have their very own user page, or "profile". Your user page is your very own page, where you can describe yourself. Feel free to fill out your user page with information about yourself, and anything else you would like to say. User talk - Every user in this wiki has a talk page, which enables you to communicate with other users, even if they're not online. They can send messages to you, while you can too through the talk page. You can add your signature by typing 4 tildes (~~~~). You can also click the button on the edit bar to do the same thing. IRC (Chat) - The wiki has an IRC Channel, which can used to chat with other users in the wiki. You can meet your friends there, make new friends and ask for help if needed. The admins are usually active in IRC, it can be an easy way to get help from them. Click here to join our IRC chat. The Berg - The Berg is the Club Penguin Wiki's official newspaper. Check it monthly for as there may be an event you might want to take part in or the site admins may have important information for you. Others - There is much more to the wiki than just editing articles! You can write a party review, host your own party or even upload a funny picture! See the full list of things you can do here! You can also modify some of your account settings such as your signature in your preferences. If you want to learn how to make a cool signature, click here!

Old Wiki

The old wiki has been abandoned; there is no need to update the front page. It counters our main mission here: to get people to come to the active community. :)

Sorry, I don't think I really want to return to help re-write stub pages. It just doesn't seem to be very productive, the way articles are written is good, but if they need more information, you could just add on to the articles. Rewriting things won't make the article much better, unless the way that the article was written unclearly. On behalf of Sea, I would like to say that I'm that one that got Chowder blocked. He has stolen images from our wiki, which is under CC-BY-SA, which states that any info/images taken from here, must be sourced. This has not been the first time that the old CPW has done this and your wiki even has a policy about this. Regarding the Downtown Showdown

Okay. I'll keep an eye on those importing images over. If you spot any that they forget to add the template to, no need to ask me, feel free to edit the licensing yourself. However I do believe if a user imports an image that is marked their own work on the old wiki, just let it go since it's "their image". --Error504 06:41, 30 July 2012 (UTC)

Sorry about that. I'll warn him of his behaviour, considering that I asked for ceasefire of verbal abuse on the old wiki two days ago.
