Welcome to Club Penguin Wiki, Salteroi!

Hi there! Welcome to the Club Penguin Wiki, the free online encyclopedia all about Club Penguin! We hope you enjoy your stay here.

To get you started on the wiki, here are some basic things we'd thought you'd like to know:

  • Edit - To edit an article, simply click the 'edit' button at the top of the page. Editing is the act of changing a page. Your knowledge is the main reason why we are a large website. Articles are our most important pages that are informative and have information on different things on Club Penguin.
  • User page - All users have their very own user page, or "profile". Your user page is your very own page, where you can describe yourself. Feel free to fill out your user page with information about yourself, and anything else you would like to say.
  • User talk - Every user in this wiki has a talk page, which enables you to communicate with other users, even if they're not online. They can send messages to you, while you can too through the talk page. You can add your signature by typing 4 tildes (~~~~). You can also click the button on the edit bar to do the same thing.
  • IRC (Chat) - The wiki has an IRC Channel, which can used to chat with other users in the wiki. You can meet your friends there, make new friends and ask for help if needed. The admins are usually active in IRC, it can be an easy way to get help from them. Click here to join our IRC chat.
  • The Berg - The Berg is the Club Penguin Wiki's official newspaper. Check it monthly for as there may be an event you might want to take part in or the site admins may have important information for you.
  • Others - There is much more to the wiki than just editing articles! You can write a party review, host your own party or even upload a funny picture! See the full list of things you can do here!

You can also modify some of your account settings such as your signature in your preferences. If you want to learn how to make a cool signature, click here!

Please, do take the time to read the wiki's policies and manual of style to avoid any future problems and blocks.

If you have any questions, an administrator will always be glad to help you. Thanks, and have a great time! -- Club Penguin Wiki Administration

Welcome!

Hi Salteroi! I haven't seen you around here before, so I wanted to formally welcome you to the Club Penguin Wiki- Ultimate source of Club Penguin knowledge! :D

If you need help with something, have any questions, or just want to say hi, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. I hope you'll enjoy the wiki as much as I do!

P.S. I noticed that you are an older user and saw that you wanted to help with projects. The To-do list houses some of our projects, but we don't use it nearly as much as it used to be used. Also, feel free to check out our IRC channel (look on the sidebar) to chat with some of the CPW users. Glad to see you're back on the wiki!

P.S.S. Nice to meet you. I'm Cp kid, but feel free to call me CK. Cp kid Wanna Talk? 13:46, 24 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hey There

Hi! I'm glad to see you're back here. As a matter of fact, yes! We have articles that need to be updated or created Wednesday/Thursday (when the game updates). We basically have one or two users working on this (neither of which are North American users) and it's a very slow process, so if you could help with that, it would speed up the process. Also, for any item article that currently has "Yes" for 'available', you could add [[Category:Available Items]]. This was decided not too long ago and the project itself hasn't actually started, so maybe you could help, if you like. Anyways if you have any further questions just let me know and I'll do my best to help. --LordMaster96 13:58, 24 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

RE:

If you're using Special:WebChat, I'm aware that it doesn't work. Another way to use IRC without installing a client would be to use Freenode's Webchat. --LordMaster96 23:51, 24 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Welcome back

Welcome back Salteroi! I definitely remember you from the wikia days. I don't think anyone ever disliked you though lol. If you want to chat more come visit us on the IRC channel. Again, welcome back! --Seahorseruler (Talk Page) (Contribs) 08:19, 25 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
